API 650 Tank , Anchor chair fouling with vertical shell weld 1

Dear All,

In my API 650 storage tank, The vertical shell weld is fouling with the anchor chair, So what is the advise from your side?

In the attached picture , Black color shows the shell palate, Red color anchor chair & Blue color anchor bolt.

It is always good practice to detail all fittings where they don't fall on welds.

However, in API-650, there are specific weld-spacing requirements for welds in Group IV & higher tanks, but no such requirements for Group I-II. See Section 5.8.1. This is separate from the weld-spacing requirements for nozzles.
