API 650 and Duplex design stresses 1

Does anyone's crystal ball indicate how API 650 and 620 will classify Duplex (2101, 2205, etc.). Will it be placed in Apx. S or will it be treated as a carbon steel?

It's in a new Appx X. Go to the API website. It's posted as a draft to Addendum 1 for the 11th edition.
