API-650/620 deal with the design, construction, and testing of low pressure storage tanks. Most are of flat bottomed design
There are a couple of good books dealing with storage tanks.
The handbook written by Phillip Myers, IMHO, is excellent
"Above Ground Storage Tanks" by Philip E. Myers
Anyone else ??
