API 650 13th Edition Updates?

I see that 650 has been updated to the 13th edition. I cant seem to find a summary of changes (on API website or some company's powerpoint on google) like is pretty prevalent for ASCE 7-10 to 7-16. Curious is the changes are relevant to the sections I primarily reference (5.12, E).

Thumbing through it, it looks very much like the previous edition- I don't see any major new sections or anything. I'll have to look closer at some of the details as I have time.

JStephen - are there vertical bars and numbers indicating changes?

All I see is round dots beside certain paragraphs, and I assume that represents changes, but haven't seen where that's spelled out, either.

I think the dots represent places where tank purchasers are supposed to make choices on the Tank Data Sheet. See the Note under section 1.1.2
