API 5L SR4 - NDT for seamless pipe

I am preparing a Purchase specification for API 5l X-52 26" OD seamless pipe.
Regarding NDT, API Specification 5L, Forty-Third Edition, March 2004 (which is still in force), makes reference to Supplementary requirement SR4, Appendix F, but... There is no SR4 paragraph under App F.
My question is:
What type of NDT apply for this kind of pipe?

API SPEC 5L Forty-Fourth Editionh October 2007 / ISO 3183: Normative references include ISO 11484

D.2.4 mentions NDT of weld repair procedure qualification test to be inspected in accordance with Clause E.3 by radiographic inspection, Clause E.4 ultrasonic, E.5 combination, etc.
