API 5L PSL 1 Heat Treatment

I'm reviewing the latest API 5L April 2018. I'm interested to know the heat treatment requirement for PSL 1 Pipe material, but I can't find it anywhere!!
I appreciate if someone can guide me to the clause that specifies this requirement.

Heat treatment of Plate or pipe mentioned as "Delivery Condition" in API 5L and details are at the option of manufacturer and temperature range and rate have not mentioned. according to App.B heat treatment procedure include in MPS.

in item 8.8 for EW & LW pipe stated that procedure may include but its not necessary.
