API 581 - Tank consequence flow rate

Hi! I've a question around API 581 Tank Course's consequence. When we evaluate a Course, the rate of leak depends on fluid column of given Course. The calculation is adjustes to barrels per day, and the calculation of the consequence for the Tank Course use the same equations that we use in vessels, which use pound per minute. Is that right?

Yes, we will use same as what we are using in vessel, for COF Part 3, in updated revision 2016 i was they use only one shell course for calculation, you may refer Table 3.2 COF for equipment & Component type.
