API 580/1

Hi, I was making a review of API 580/1, and I couldn't found the quantitative analysis. Do you know what happen with this?

there are no more qualitative or quantitative analysis. You have only one level of probability and 2 of consequence analysis. Does anyone know what is the reason of this changes? Is the qualitative level useless?

On the oder hand, I realise that the creep module is not available, why is this?
