How can i determine the vessels remaining life and inspection interval on a vessel without a name plate or if it has a name plate how can i use the data values to determine inspection interval of an lpg hemispherical vessel.

You will need to do some calcs to determine min wall required and do many more inspections to determine actual wall thickness and any corrosion found. You may need to reinspect welds to determine weld efficiency. Do read API 510. Do talk to others in your organization and other organizations who may have a clue to the needed inspection intervals. It appears to me that you are in way over your head in covering this matter.
