API 2H Grade 50 with S1, S2, S3, S5 and S8 requirement 1

I am searching on requirement S1 S2 S3 S5 S8 S12 for the plate API 2H grade 50.
I beg someone can explain more clearly about this requirement . Any reference or website is highly appreciated.
