I need some advice, recently I have to qualify PQR for repair acc. to API 16AR. I need to have a P-no to my Procedure Qualification acc. to point 9..4.2.1 or if there is no P-no then I shall establish equivalent P-no. So I can't find grade 4130 in ASME sec. IX so I shall establish equivalent P-no is that right? maybe someone knows what will be the EP-no?
Or maybe just make PQR and instead of P-no put 4130 grade?
