We have a API 12F tank that has a crack on one of the top corners of the the clean out that runs through the weld and continues at a 45 degree angle approx 2 inches in the shell. CFR 195.205 (b) instructs to follow the standard by which it was built. I just don't see anything in 12F that discusses repairs after the tank has been put in service. Searching for advise on proper repair.
