We're putting a tube space frame on top of a steel framed building and are wrestling with how to attach to the beams. If we bolt through the beams and baseplate then the concrete workers (deck) will have to work around a million bolts. If anyone has any experience or similar experience with this, any tips would be much appreciated.

You might consider some sort of a stub column prewelded to the lower beams that would raise the connection for the tube frame above the level of the concrete. Be sure and leave enough height to get the bolts (or nuts) in after the concrete is poured. The concrete guys will still need to work around an obstruction, but it would be a lot easier than multiple bolts.
