Anyone have West Point FEA software????

I have seen the West Point software CME STACKER cited on several different threads, does anyone have this? I checked at the West Point site and can't find any of the software packages other than for bridge design. I am trying to learn more about stiffness matrices and would like to get a copy of this software (assuming it is shareware).
