Its an excel file which can be a little cumbersome to sort thru, I've made a graphical program that took the data they provided and allows you to sort by edition and shape. If you are interested in it there is a copy at the site in my signature.
As Celt indicated, the historic shape database is superior than just looking in old manuals for shape data. Older steel shapes fluctuated heavily from mill to mill and thus one WF6x20 can be slightly different than another WF6x20. If you know the era and what the shape is supposed to be you'll be conservative using the manual.
If you're field measuring the steel you'll often be better off with the shapes database and finding the closest, conservative steel shape and designing around those properties. Generally my mill designs with old steel involved lots of field measurements and lots of custom shapes input into STAAD/RISA.
