Anyone have any idea what Hysys costs?

I have an opportunity to bid on a project that requires a copy of Hysys. I used it a long time ago (on a mainframe computer) so I think I can master the learning curve, but what I can't seem to do is find a price. I've spent several hours searching the Internet for pricing with no luck. I've sent multiple e-mails to Aspen, called every single one of their North American offices and left multiple messages with multiple people. These guys are the least hungry software peddlers I've ever seen.

I need a price for a single-seat license for a one-man Engineering firm and I don't need a network installation, anyone know what the going rate for this is?
