I used BARS in the 1990's to rate several different type bridges. I have been asked to consider rating some of these same bridges using the system option of VIRTIS Bridge Rating Software. Has anyone used it to rate DOT bridges? How would you rate user friendlines of this program? How difficult are the error handling features and does anyone know of third party features that improve usage?
