Anybody know where to find FLD format specification?

I support a program that outputs data in Tecplot formatted file; now, an engineer is requested some additional data file but this time in FLD format...but a google search does not yield much at all about FLD, anybody around here know of the FLD format specification? Presumably, NX can read this format?
