Any Training Available in Central Texas?

I'm a new user to Primavera. We started using the "My Primavera" Web Version and completely abandoned it within 3 months due to its cumbersome & slow handling. We are now using the full version, which is SO much better. The problem is, that I work for a state agency with a limited budget. I was wondering if there are other agencies or companies in or aground the Austin area that may have access to training on the full version that is more cost-effective and doesn't require traveling out of state?

Any help would be much appreciated.
