If you expand on the particulars of the part (size, alloy, weight, quantity, critical requirements), I would be happy to help you source a vendor. I also work with many US foundries.
I've had very good luck with Indian foundries. There is usually a very steep learning curve to start but once you're both on the same page the quality if anything is far superior to North American foundries. Just be prepared for a long qualification period. Indo Autoshell is one company I would recommend you check out.

How about sand or permanent mold foundries anywhere in the world? (including the US) My parts are small 1.5" h x 3" x 4" and I have about 250K annual production quantity
With that kind of volume, would your part be suitable for diecasting, forging, or impact extruding? You will find your piece part costs much less than with sand or permold. I forgot to mention in my earlier post, I have a buying trip to Taipei coming up in April. Would be happy to hand-carry samples and prints for you, as this also helps extend my "network".
