I don't have NCEES registration, I'm not sure what it is about. It looks as though it handles the qualification for, and the exams themselves. it looks as though they wouldn't like me since I don't have a degree, I did earn my license through exams though, I had to put in an extra eight years of pertinent experience in lieu. I took mine in the first year when PA switched to the national exam. It was interesting, I took the PE on a calm and peaceful Friday and the EIT the next day when all hell was breaking loose with people carrying suitcases full of books, There were a lot of students but also a lot of older guys who had past the PE but needed the EIT. I did pass both first shot.
