FEEDING A COOK TUBE 12"id x 450 FT. WITH A GROUND CORN WATER SLURRY
OF 35% SOLIDS. FEED IS VIA A HYDRO THERMAL STEAM HEATER/MIXER.SLURRY FEED RATE IS 2000 LBS/MIN. STEAM TO H-T UNIT IS 120 LBS/MIN. OF 150PSIG.DELTA IS 40PSIG. NEED SUGGESTION FOR VAPOR SOLIDS SEPARATION ON DISCHARGE END.
