Any Autodesk Viz 4 tutorials online?

Hey,

Finally gave up trying to do rendering and lighting in ACAD and am now thinking of going into Autodesk Viz 4. Even though i did receive a bit of training in it i've forgoten lots of it.

Anyone know of a good free site with online Viz tutorials?
OR
Of a good Viz 4 book i can buy as a good reference guide?
