Can it be estimated from the geometry - yes. The SVIC is at the point where the normal to the strut at the body, hits the hinge line of the lower arms.

Now whether that actually tells you anything accurate about weight transfer is another matter, I suspect that for a given car small changes in the kinematic anti will lead to the expected changes in weight transfer, but I'm not so convinced that you can really ignore the many secondary effects if comparing different cars. Having said that I've never worked in anger on a MacPherson strut for this stuff.
