anticorrosion coatings against sweat

Hi, everybody, I´m working in a company manufacturing sport machines, and
we have claims for our customers. The problems is the corrosion caused by sweat.
If there is no regular cleaning time the corrosion appears. The material form our machines builded are iron painted in several layers.
Anybody knows any effective coating or appropriate treatment?
