Hi

I am making a human model in Pro/ENGINEER.

I'm after anthropometric data for 5th, 50th and 95th percentile men and women - all continents - European, American, Chinese, Japanese etc.

Files will be available in the future.

Many thanks

Dave

Try the medical and rehab industry, specifically standing frames and wheelchairs. There is a wealth of data available.

Hello Gentlemen

Thank you for your comments and recommendations.

Vonlueke gets top prize though, and his link is well worth a look.

I will keep you posted on the development of my model.

Many thanks again.

Dave

Also have a look a MIL-STD-1472.

However, be forewarned that almost all existing published anthropomorphic data is derrived from non-representative subsets of the population. Typically the data is taken from military personnel. By nature, the subjects are reasonably fit, not fat slobs like a large section of the general population.
