Hi,

I have a STEP file and am looking to extract the mid planes (which are not part of the STEP file) of the solid geometry. is this possible in ANSYS Workbench?

I'd appreciate any responses!
Cheers,

PK

Yes, you'll need DesignModeler. There are several tools available to do this (ex. surface from faces, etc.)
