Ansys Workbench Constraints Help

Hello, I want to ask about contraints Ansys WB. My problem is ; Contsraint region is'not free at -Z direction, But It's free at +Z.And X,Y free. Thank you.

Can I write constraint equation?

You could try a Body-Ground Joint and setup Stops.

Sounds like a "Compression Only" constraint could work.
It is non-linear, but should work.
