ANSYS UPF ...Uec101 with Uel101

can anybody tell me how Uec101with Uel101 work together??

i did link Uel101 with ansys and got ansys.exe but can not see it inside ANSYS GUI ??!! do i have to put Uec101with Uel101 in the sme directory??
