Ansys spreader beam calculation.

Hello forum.

I have to calculate maximum capacity on a telescopic spreader beam. Spreader bar is hss 5x3x3/16 and telescopic bars are 4x2x3/16. I'm trying to fit telescopic into a spreader but can't figure out appropriate relation.


Please help.
