Hello!

i've got an rve with polymer matrix (3,7GPa) and glass fibers(73GPa) parallel with each other. On Dm I defined fibers and matrix as one part.1st question: do i still need to set contact on model analysis??then i applied a remote displacement on every side of my rve like so 1-direction face (z axis)0 and a1(value of side), 2-direction face(y axis) 0 and 0, 3-direction faces(x axis) 0 and 0. i defined behavior as coupled because i want to ensure that each rve in the composite has the same deformation mode and there is no separation or overlap. Then on analysis settings i set the newton raphson :4.i'm using ansys workbench..what do you think i should do for my problem?any advice?should i use remote point and how?Do i have to do something extra than just using the one part feature?
thank you!any advice would be valuable.
