Ansys classic V 11- .rth results are not saved

hey guys,
i do a transient thermal simulation and i need the temperature distribution for another simulation which is structural, recently i noticed that ansys does not save .rth results (which is the thermal solution results FYI)
i havn't been tweaking ansys or something so i have no idea how this happened, can you help me fix this problem?
