ANSYS acoustic modeling of impedance tube

Hi Guys,
I am trying to model a tube in ANSYS which has a sample sitting in the center. I basically want to measure the noise reduction across the sample inside the tube. I need some help and ideas in modeling it.
Any Help will be appreciated
