ANSI welding leaders in sw2004

I just installed sw2004 in my computer, so far so good, except of one problem in detailing drawings, adding weld symbols. I am using ANSI standards for detailing drawings and used the weld icon in the customized menu to create the correct call out. The problem is that it inserts the leader with no relation to the size of the text. In other words the leader line where the welding symbols lays is too big or too small, it will not change regardless of the text size. In sw2003 the welding symbols works great in relation to the leader line, it changes length in relation to the text size. Any way I can fix this problem?
