May 27, 2003 #2 DLANDISSR Mechanical Feb 7, 2003 75 Samuelliu: According to Navco's piping datalog 1966 edition the formula for minimum thickness is: Per ASA piping code B31.1 (This is now ASME B31.1) Tm = PDo / 2(SE+ Py) + A (A is added thickness) This is the same formula which is in ASME B31.1 now.
