Annular plate projection

Hello everyone,

My question is, what is the maximum projection from the tank shell that an annular ring should be? I found in API-650 Sec. 5.4.2. that the minimum should be no less than 2 inches but not finding a maximum.

"at least 2 inches", no maximum.
