I am new to DraftSight. When I select the "SimpleNote" icon, I should get a "Insert SimpleNote" pop-up window. I do not. What am I doing incorrectly?

Hello Jim.
I also don't get pop-up window. Instead, I have to choose a location for a simple note with left mouse click and then I hit the Enter command twice and write my note.
Maybe this was possible in previous versions?
