Annotaion Ballon default settings

Hello,

Default size of annotation in Catia for ballon is Circle(Circle) - on the picture point 1. How can I change it to Circle - point 2 as default? I tried to find it in options/ standard and i can't find it.

Edit standard's xml file, use "Circle" (no quotes) value in Balloon-Default-Text-Frame node.
