Anisotropic material thermal modeling programs 2

Could anyone recommend thermal modeling programs which have the capabilities or could be modified to model/design with anisotropic/directional non-metallic materials such as carbon, ceramics, etc., for use as thermal devices such as heat sinks or heat pipes?? If money doesn´t matter to you, i´d suggest a suitable modul of the ANSYS world. Even DesignSpace (for the ´support´ of construction) could be modified to handle anisotropic material properties.
I´m still fightin to get it!

I use the Cosmos products. They include directional specifications for the properties of materials. They are now owned by Solidworks.

If you want to avoid purchase and training costs, you might consider outsourcing analysis.
