angular dimensioning

When dimensioning angles, how can I get the dimension inside the leader line? At present size will always be on the outside of the arrow lines.

Try to modify the text & arraow size in *.dtl (drawing config file) if you dont set one, then pro/E read default file in: $prodir/text/prodetail.dtl

Try creating a vertical/ horizontal line and when prompted to hit dimension then click between the line and entity. You can always drag the dimension.
