I have a three axis shaker table being used for some simulations and currently the x and y axises are controlled with linear voice coil actuators on opposite edges of the 3 foot square table in a push-pull configuration. This works well until about plus minus 2 degrees is reached and then the rigidity of the actuator and it's bold on nature limit true angular deflection. I am in the process of upgrading this to achieve about plus-minus seven or eight degrees of deflection and am wondering about some kind of rotary actuators (preferably electric) to achieve this. The table is about two hundred pounds.

Thanks,
