Anchor type for bracing in common brick

I am currently looking into a job and want to come up with some details. It's a common brick building in Chicago and at the left front corner of the building the front wall is pulling away from the side wall, leaving a crack. This has slowly been happening for 15 years he says and the crack is maxim 3/8". The owner of the building wants to stop the wall from pulling away and I'm suggesting adding a brace on the interior of the building between the front wall and side wall. There is a building adjacent to this building therefore thru bolting is not an option. There is no way to access the side wall. I'm thinking of using a 3' brace (or similar length) with baseplates anchored to the existing common brick walls. In the past I've used epoxy anchors, like Hilti HY-120. Just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar job or experience or input.
Thanks

What you suggested is typical. You should be able to through bolt at the front wall to external plates, if the client allows it and the crack warrants it. At the interior you'd be anchoring to the side of the party wall with adhesive anchors, HY-70 is the usual spec.

You can also look at Helifix products, they show details for this situation using a long helibar drilled externally through both walls at the intersection. You can bend the outer one for additional anchorage.

Thanks for the responses, I'll probably go with the HY-70 as this is what I've done in the past.
