ANC-12 Vibration and Flutter Hanbook

Hi everyone,

I've been doing some searching on the internet and haven't been able to come up with the results. I'm looking to obtain (buy) a copy of ANC-12 Aircraft Vibration and Flutter Prevention Handbook. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where to find this? Thank you
