analysis for mat foundation circular in shape 1

Good day,
Can somebody help me, how can i design a mat foundation that is circular in shape 20 meters diameter with 12 columns on outside perimeter of 8.8 meters radius and another 12 inner columns on 3.8 meters radius from center.The usual mat footing I've encounter are rectangular in shape .
help would be appreciated very much.

Circular mat foundations are covered in Ch.32 of "Structural Engineering Handbook 4th Ed." by Gaylord & Gaylord.
