Hi all,

I need help finding the document or specification sheet that lists the thread types and classes for AN971-04. i tried a google search and was unsuccessful. Thanks in advance!

-Vic

Actually looking for the AN971 document itself. If anyone has it or know where I can obtain it, I would greatly appreciate it.

AN standards can be obtained from the ASSIST website (see link below). I could not find AN971, but maybe this particular one appears together on another drawing/document or ???

From the OP's link, it looks like a AN tube fitting, i.e. 37 degree conical.

Fittings of this type typically reference MS33656 for threads, see e.g. AN 815 from jbeck's post list.

You can find MS33656 rev. J here (note the spec. has been cancelled):

Great help guys. I did some reasearch based on btrueblood's reply and looks like MS33656 has been replaces by AS4395. Does anyone know where I can obtain this one? Thanks...

-Vic

Thanks...greatly appreciated!

Technical Libraries might have a copy of the obsolete spec.
If you are replacing an item, I think the old spec would still apply if it has not been superceded.
