An Ortho from a Broken View

I have limited MDT(2004DX) experience and I am trying to work with a broken view. I finally figured out how to make the broken view but now I am stuck.

1) How to make an ortho view off of the broken view and have it broken in the same spots and inline.

2) How to add a break line symbol to the broken edges. Right now it is just lines that stop. I tried using the Design/Special Lines/ZigZag line but I cannot select the ends of the lines to put it in.
