You are going to have to be a lot more specific; this isn't twitter, there is no character limit...
There are numerous entities called "Amtech" providing everything from corrugated box folding software to cleaning chemicals to electrical panel builders.

It's a very UK-oriented piece of electrical design software. I'm not really aware of much other than the Help within the program and their helpdesk if you take out one of their expensive aftercare packages. It's fairly intuitive even if the interface is occasionally a bit clumsy.

My impression - which may be wrong - is that Amtech essentially takes the data from tables in the annexes of BS 7671 and based on the data you input for volt-drop, load, protective device, etc and the installation method you choose it spits out a solution.
There are plenty of handbooks for the 17th edition - if you get familiar with doing the calculations manually using the Big Yellow Book then Amtech is fairly straightforward.

You'll probably need to get them from Amazon UK or a UK bookseller.
Unfortunately I don't get to do a lot of hands-on design now - I seem to be slowly being dragged into the technical management camp and further from doing 'proper work'. I will ask the design guys at work if they can recommend any specific books, although they've been doing this for a long time and probably don't use the handbooks so much these days.
