I was curious if anybody has had any experience with the spring loaded shaft grounding brushes affecting the dynamic balance of a fan/motor assembly.

Customer has requested following: "AMCA standard 204-96, exceeding category BV-5, to meet or exceed an equivalent Grade G.55, producing a maximum
rotational imbalance of .022" per second peak, filter in (.55mm per second peak, filter in)."

At .022" per second peak, filter in I do not believe the pressure exerted by the spring loaded grounding brush will have enough of an effect to cause the fan/motor assembly to not meet the spec. Unfortunately I do not have any previous measurements to support my claim. Figured I'd see if anybody else has run into this situation.
