Amada A3000D with 160I-l Controller STUCK after auto age

Hello everyone

We purchased a used Amada Laser /LC-2415/160i-l

We have had no problems but after starting up yesterday the laser would Auto Age and freeze at sequence 20,(After the normal wait period at seq 28). I was wondering if you guys had any thought on what could cause this problem. The laser was down for about 4 days so we figured on a longer than normal auto age time.

Check parameter 15329. This is the time in seconds for each aging cycle. Usually, this should be set to 180 (3 min). Depending how long the resonator has been off, there could be up to 7 aging cycles. Sometimes, during PM, the tech will increase that parameter to let the resonator age overnight; maybe they forgot to put the value back to original.
