Am new to Pro E.. Please help me out with my doubt

I have to draw a pipe of 6 cm in length,ID of 23 mm and OD of 25 mm...
But the pipe must be tilted at an angle of 12 deg from front plane and must be tilted at an angle of 20 deg to the right plane..


Please help me out...
